Fall 2020 Smart Restart Plan

Hathaway Brown’s Smart Restart Return to Campus Plan represents the institution's careful efforts to safeguard the health and well-being of all members of the HB community. In developing this plan, our process has been guided by three priorities:

  • To carry out HB's mission and purpose: educating and empowering students
  • To keep students and employees as safe as possible
  • To resume normal operations as best we can

This plan is subject to change based on future conditions and/or recommendations by public health officials.

"Our experience tells us that the best way to educate students is on campus with their teachers and peers, and it is our goal to employ that model of teaching and learning as safely and responsibly as possible.  At the same time, we are able to deliver an outstanding HB education remotely."
