Hathaway Brown School (“HBS”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting any personal information you share with us through www.hb.edu (“the Site”). Personal Information

We do not collect any personal information unless you voluntarily provide it by participating in a survey, purchasing school merchandise, making online gifts, or completing an online form on the Site. When a user submits personal information it is used only for the purpose stated at the time of collection. HBS community members are provided access to specific password-protected areas of the Site, which may contain HBS community member personal information, such as contact information for other HBS parents or families.

Information Disclosure

We use personal contact information supplied to us by users to communicate more effectively with those users. We may disclose personal information to our affiliates,  service providers, such as third-party website hosts which are contracted by the school for the purpose of serving our community, and other parties if you direct us to do so, if compelled to do so by law, or in connection with any government or self-regulatory organization request or investigation.

The Site will automatically collect and store “cookies,” (data files shared by a user’s web browser, stored on a user’s hard drive).
