Volunteering Builds Community

2017-2018 HBPA Committees & Volunteer Opportunities

The HBPA sponsors and/or supports a full spectrum of events and activities throughout the school year for parents, students, prospective families, and other members of the community. Getting involved with HBPA and volunteering for these events is a great way to meet other parents and faculty and staff while giving back to the school.

Please take a moment to review the opportunities available (listed below) and complete the form to indicate your interest. You will be contacted as the need for assistance arises. All fields marked with an asterisk are required. Questions may be directed to Volunteer Coordinator Jen Kubic at jennifer@gallopinginn.com

Consider taking one hour a week or every other week to work in the Brown Bag selling snacks, spirit wear and other gift items. All proceeds are directed back to the school. This is a fun way to see the girls, stay connected, and support the school at the same time. Training and support are provided.
Three to five parents per grade level are needed to plan different events with the grades, including a back-to-school party, end-of-the-year party, and parent party. Duties include welcoming new families, facilitating communication, and other grade-level responsibilities. One parent from each grade will be asked to serve as point person.

Help with this annual tradition for K–4 fathers and daughters. The school gym is transformed into a western barn for dancing, fun, and frolic.
