Molly has loved theatre since she was a tot, playing a singing angel in her family's annual home Christmas Pageant. Her public debut was as a pilgrim in the fourth grade, not quite as divine a role as her first. Molly has since performed at The Cleveland Play House, Great Lakes Theatre Festival, Milwaukee Repertory Theatre, Dobama Theatre, and Beck Center For The Arts. While pursuing an acting career, Molly worked full time as an account executive in advertising and a producer in film production. Her professional transition into the theatre world was through Great Works Productions, an educational theatre company in Cleveland, which created and performed shows for gradeschools and middle schools Molly toured with the company as an actor, scriptwriter, a costumer, a set and props designer, and public relations director. It was Great Works Productions that brought her to HB in 1994 as a Performing Arts artist-in-residence. Molly has directed more than 40 mainstage shows at HB. Molly founded the Student Playwriting Festival in 2001. She has established an active and celebrated acting program for grades 9-12, and 5th and 7th. Molly is a Master Teacher of the Michael Chekhov Acting Technique. Her daughter Hope graduated in '08, and Aubrey graduated in '15.
