Congratulations to the Hathaway Brown Varsity Soccer team and the Blazer Varsity Field Hockey team on the District Championship wins this past weekend!

The Blazer Soccer team captured the OHSAA Division II District Championship in thrilling fashion with an 1-0 victory over Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin on October 29 at Chagrin Falls High School. The lone goal was scored with only 38 seconds remaining. The Blazers will continue their tournament run on Wednesday, November 2 vs. Rocky River in the OHSAA Division II Regional Semifinal at 7 p.m. at Brush High School.

The Blazer Field Hockey team won the OHSAA District Championship by defeating Shaker Heights on October 30 by a score of 2-0 at Kent State University's Field Hockey Stadium. The team will now face Columbus Academy in the OHSAA State Semifinal on Friday, November 4 at 2:30 p.m. at Upper Arlington High School.

HB faculty, staff, and students are encouraged to come out and cheer on these fabulous teams. Tickets are available in the Athletics office.
