The Safe School Helpline is a 24/7 anonymous tip line provided by Security Voice, Inc. It utilizes a unique, automated telephone and online service which allows individuals to report allegations or concerns. HB is notified the next school day, or immediately, in the event of an emergency situation.

For reports made by phone, only an operator hears a caller's voice. Messages are transcribed and emailed to administrators on duty.

Each report is assigned a case number. The case number can be used to check the school’s progress on the report or to provide additional information.
