Hathaway Brown's Department of Library Services prepares students to be effective and efficient information users by providing print and electronic resources. The campus libraries encourage a deep appreciation of literature and reading for personal enjoyment.

Infant and Toddler Center, Early Childhood, and Primary School

Infant and Toddler Center through fourth-grade students visit the Primary School Library for story times and other literacy activities with the librarians. 

Middle and Upper School

Martha Frohring Geisel Library & Learning Commons houses HB's collection of print and digital resources and serves Middle and Upper School students who visit for literacy lessons, book talks, help with research skills, and more. 

HB’s Libraries have more than 27,000 books. Students and  families are encouraged to visit the library to borrow books and foster a love of reading.
