Hathaway Brown School is looking for qualified candidates with previous strength and conditioning coaching experience at the high school level or at the collegiate level. Applicants should hold or be willing to obtain the following certifications: Strength and Conditioning or Personal Training Certification, Fundamentals of Coaching, CPR, First Aid training, Concussion in sports, Lindsey's Law (Sudden Cardiac Training), and Pupil Activity Permit.

Qualifications & Requirements
The successful candidate will need to be available for after school practice, summer training, and possible morning and weekend training sessions. Candidates must be able to work with athletes of a variety of abilities in small group and large group settings.
Located in Shaker Heights, Hathaway Brown is looking for qualified candidates to fill these positions. The requirements include:
Knowledge of skills and strategies of strength and conditioning training
Ability to develop and implement strength and conditioning programs for all athletes, all ages, and all sports
Highly motivated and able to demonstrate a positive attitude
Able to display a commitment to the players and programs as noted in the school’s mission statement
Good communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with colleagues, sports coaches, and athletes
Willingness to complete the OHSAA coaching certifications
Must complete the required Stewards of Children on-line training
Other duties as assigned
