Meredith Cavell

Director of Human Resources

Meredith is a proud member of Hathaway Brown's Class of 2005. After 'learning for life" she went to Elon University in North Carolina where she majored in accounting with a minor in computer information systems. After graduating she moved back to Cleveland, where she joined her family business selling heavy construction equipment. Meredith was the sales manager for 10 years while also learning the ins and outs running a business. She mastered everything from selling an excavator to receiving parts to payroll to employee recruitment and retention. Meredith lives in Gates Mills with her husband, Hunter, and two children — Cecilia ’36 and Jackson ’40.
