Off-Campus Activities
In each division, learning continues outside the classroom in a variety of ways. Students not only visit traditional venues such as the Cleveland Museum of Natural History, Cleveland Metroparks Zoo, The Cleveland Orchestra and The Cleveland Museum of Art, but many also take advantage of opportunities for international travel, service learning, internships, and research studies at off-campus facilities. When actual travel is not a viable option, our students now have many opportunities to "cyber-travel" via the Worldwide Communications Center located in the Jewett-Brown building. Learn more about experiential learning in Prime, Middle and Upper Schools.
Middle and Upper Schools provide opportunities for students to socialize with peers from other CCIS and public schools. Chaperoned dances, musical and dramatic performances and service learning projects are available.
