HB students did extremely well in the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards, a longstanding, highly competitive local and national visual and literary arts competition.  Eleven art awards and 52 writing awards were granted to HB students.

All 11 art pieces will be exhibited locally starting Sunday January 7^th at the Cleveland Institute of Art’s Reinberger Galleries with an awards ceremony at 1:00pm and opening reception from until 4:00pm. The exhibit is up at CIA through February 4^th.  These works can also be viewed in an online slideshow here.

The written work of the Gold Key winners and of the American Voices Nominee will go on to New York for judging in the national exhibit in the spring.
