COMMITMENT
Aspire has been fully funded, so there
is no cost to attend the program. Included are instruction,
supplies, and special events. Students who join Aspire are
expected to bring the very best of who they are to the program and
participate fully in Aspire events.
Attendance
at Aspire is mandatory, and families are strongly discouraged
from planning events or trips during Aspire. Each student
agrees to attend summer sessions after fifth, sixth and
seventh grade. In addition, Aspire students must attend year
round events that are held between summer sessions. After
graduating, Aspire students are asked to
maintain ties to the Aspire community by
attending alumnae events and providing updates
regarding school progress.
Transportation to and from Aspire
is available. We have bus routes that stop at local schools:
an East Cleveland route, Cleveland Heights route, Harvard/Lee
area route, and we also stop at Denison, Ben Franklin and
William Cullen Bryant schools
on the near-west side. Students who cannot go to any of
the stops on these 3 routes will need to provide their own transportation.
